Watching for Hill Country lodge offers you can reserve

This page lists Hill Country lodge offers that a lodge, inn or cabin resort in our catalog has put in writing. Right now no lodge has sent one, so there is nothing to show you this week. We would rather leave the page plain than fill it with figures nobody has promised.

Our Austin office plans riverside stays on Texas Hill Country rivers and asks each lodging business to hold the nights you choose. When a lodge does send an offer, it goes up here in the same plain form as everything else on the site.

Dates, nights and the lodge's own rate printed with each offer

Every offer we put on this page will carry the same few facts, taken from what the lodge wrote to us:

  • The first and last date the lodge will honor it.
  • What the lodge includes: the room or cabin, the number of nights and any charge it folds in.
  • A from figure for two sharing and per person, worked out the same way as our regular prices.
  • A reminder that open nights belong to the lodge, which decides what it can still hold.

Asking us to keep an eye on one river stay

If you have a stay in mind, say so in a note on the request form, which takes messages at any hour. Name the stay, the month you hope to arrive and how many nights you want. We will ask that lodge about those dates and tell you in writing what it can offer, along with its own cancellation terms.

Sending the form costs nothing and holds nothing. A reservation is made only after you reply yes to our written quote, and you then pay the lodge directly, on its schedule.

Regular from figures while no offer is posted

Without an offer, the prices on each stay page still apply. They come from the nightly rates we read for each lodge on 30 October 2026, plus any fee a lodge makes mandatory; where a lodge has not published a figure, the stay page marks it as our estimate until the written quote. A Junction or Bend cabin, for example, starts from $100 per person for two sharing, and a Gruene inn weekend from $205 per person.

Texas hotel tax and local hotel tax are added by the lodge at checkout and shown on their own line in the quote. The exact total for your dates is confirmed in writing. To see how the figure is put together, read our pricing notes, or browse the eleven riverside stays.
